Join Brian Stutzman as we explore the world of taxes and learn how taxing boards can sometimes be coached by those who stand to gain financially.  Learn why paying off bonds are a horrible move for taxpayers, and why the new proposed Idaho Falls School District 91 bond could cost you much more than is being advertised.  Brian is a local resident who has written four bills that, with the help of elected officials, have become Idaho law.
