Do you understand what ‘Precincts’ are, how they work, and how important they are for our elections?  Ralph Baker will help us understand Precincts and answer these questions.  Precinct Officers/Leaders are elected and will be on the ballot in May!  Precincts are where it all begins to get your voices heard!  This is a must attend meeting for everyone.
