Weekly Town Hall – Public Defenders Jason Gustaves and Jordan Crane will discuss the role of a Public Defender and answer questions

Both Jason Gustaves and Jordan Crane currently serve as public defenders in our area.  They will be explaining the duties of a public defender and their relationship to the prosecuting attorney’s office.  There were some questions regarding this relationship in a previous town hall where Randy Neal, Bonneville County prosecuting attorney, spoke to the community.  This will be an opportunity for the public defenders to clarify how the recent law directing the state funding of public defenders has effected their responsibilities.

Jason and Jordon were originally scheduled to speak on August 6, 2025 but had to be rescheduled do to technical difficulties.

As always, attendance to our Town Halls is free but donations are greatly appreciated.
